Co-Investors

Our investments attract a high calibre universe of co-investors

Whilst we are often the largest minority shareholder in our portfolio companies, the remainder of the capital is provided by predominantly blue-chip long-only institutional investors, many of whom invest across multiple portfolio companies concurrently.

To date, our portfolio companies have generated approximately £972 million of co-investment opportunities for co-investors since 2005.

Co-investor capital is critical to investing on the public markets, enhancing purchasing power when pursuing new deals as well as providing validation of the investment thesis.

Marwyn-sponsored transactions have historically attracted high quality co-investors.
