He later negotiated its joint venture with eBay, which saw icollector become the exclusive partner worldwide for traditional auction houses.

James is currently an Executive Director of Gloo Networks plc, Le Chameau Holdings SAS, Le Chameau Group plc and Safe Harbour Holdings plc. James was previously on the board of BCA Marketplace plc, Entertainment One Ltd, Breedon Aggregates Ltd and Fulcrum Utility Services Ltd.
Mark Brangstrup Watts
Mark has been advising the boards of UK public companies since 1998. As a management consultant, he was responsible for strategic development projects for international clients including Ford Motor Company (US), Cummins (Japan) and 3M (Europe). In the UK, Mark undertook financial analysis and modelling projects for Barclays Bank, Shell and BP.

Chief Financial Officer
Antoinette has been with Marwyn since 2007 and leads the finance team with responsibility for business planning, structuring, compliance and tax matters. Antoinette was previously Central Costs Manager at Arcadia Group and prior to that, Assistant Audit Manager with Bourner Bullock.
Antoinette is a Chartered Accountant, a Chartered Tax Advisor and holds a BA from University College London.
