He later negotiated its joint venture with eBay, which saw icollector become the exclusive partner worldwide for traditional auction houses. James is a Managing Partner in Marwyn Capital LLP and Marwyn Investment Management LLP. James was previously on the board of BCA Marketplace Plc, Breedon Aggregates Ltd and Chairman of Entertainment One Ltd
Mark has been advising the boards of UK public companies since 1998. As a management consultant, he was responsible for strategic development projects for international clients including Ford Motor Company, Cummins and 3M. Mark is a Managing Partner in Marwyn Capital LLP and Marwyn Investment Management LLP. Previously Mark was a Non-Executive Director of Zegona Communications Plc, BCA Marketplace Plc, Advanced Computer Software Plc, Entertainment One Ltd, Melorio Plc, Inspicio Plc and Talarius Plc

Antoinette joined Marwyn in 2007 and leads the Finance, Markets and Regulation Team. She has extensive M&A and investment experience with a particular focus on transaction tax structuring and incentive planning.
Antoinette previously worked in the finance team at Arcadia Group and prior to that with Bourner Bullock Chartered Accountants. She is a Chartered Accountant, a Chartered Tax Advisor and holds a BA from University College London.
Tom joined Marwyn in 2010 from the Private Equity Transaction Services Group at Deloitte. He leads the investment team where he is involved in the origination and assessment of new investment opportunities, transaction execution, coordinating capital market and M&A processes and providing strategic corporate advice to portfolio company management teams. Tom is a qualified Chartered Accountant and graduated from Durham University with a BA (Hons) in Economics
Ben joined Marwyn in 2015 with private equity and corporate finance experience from prior roles in New Zealand with Pioneer Capital and Deloitte. Ben’s responsibilities include evaluating investment opportunities, and supporting existing portfolio management teams in the delivery of their growth strategies. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance and a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Waikato. Ben is also a Chartered Accountant and CFA Charterholder

James is responsible for supporting portfolio companies with their strategic objectives, evaluating investment opportunities and transaction execution. James holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Cape Town and passed his CFA level 2 exam
Tom joined Marwyn in 2019 following a three-month internship. He is responsible for evaluating investment opportunities, assisting in portfolio analysis and transaction execution. Tom holds a Masters in Chemistry from the University of Warwick and is a CFA Level 2 candidate

Louisa has extensive experience supporting company boards across all areas of corporate governance always delivering a balance of pragmatism and commerciality to their compliance requirements. Louisa has supported private, AIM and Fully listed businesses with their day to day finance and operational requirements and has worked on numerous U.K. and cross border M&A transactions. Louisa is a ICAEW qualified Chartered Accountant and ICSA qualified Chartered Secretary.

Scott heads Marwyn’s funds team and is responsible for investor relations activities alongside co-ordinating and overseeing the activities of the funds’ service providers and leading the group finance functions. Scott is a CFA® charterholder and ICAS qualified Chartered Accountant, having previously worked in middle office roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Barclays Capital.
Chloe works as a lead on complex transactions for client management teams and with key advisers to prepare FPPP, risk registers and transitional arrangements as well as managing MAR compliance and market sounding processes. Chloe also provides advice on best practice corporate governance for clients. Chloe previously worked at Sanne Group and is a qualified accountant, an ICSA qualified Chartered Secretary and has a degree in Economics from Exeter University.
Sofia is responsible for day to day interactions with the Marwyn fund administrator to ensure high quality service delivery as well as supporting portfolio company management teams across a range of market related areas. Her extensive experience working with listed business, has gained Sofia a wealth of knowledge administering businesses under UK, Jersey and Cayman law, various listing regimes and corporate governance codes. Sofia is currently studying towards ICSA CSQS, having successfully completed the ICSA Diploma.
