Entertainment One Confirms Discussions on Possible Sale of Company

Entertainment One, the international entertainment group, today issued the following statement in response to intense press speculation over a possible sale of the company to various unamed parties.

"The Board of Entertainment One Ltd. notes the recent press speculation and confirms
that it is considering its strategic options, which may include a sale of the Company in
response to interest it has received from various parties. J.P.Morgan and Credit
Suisse have been engaged to co-ordinate the review for the board. There can be no
certainty that an offer will be forthcoming for the Company. A further announcement
will be made in due course."
