- C. Prior disclosure of charges: The rules of FSA do not require us to inform you of the charges applicable to the services we will be providing.
- D. Suitability: By reason of your experience and understanding, the protections of the rule on giving suitable advice will not apply to any personal recommendation we make to you.
The funds named under the tab entitled: "Asset Management" (the "Funds") are all unregulated collective investment schemes and are not recognised schemes under s.264 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000. Consequently, most if not all of the protections provided by the United Kingdom regulatory structure will not apply to investments in the Funds detailed within this site.
