Our distinctive, operationally focused investment model is backed by the extensive Marwyn infrastructure, with its experienced investment management teams, back office support and access to top class company management. The Marwyn investment model requires close operating oversight, board representation and the provision of corporate advice to our portfolio companies.

Marwyn invests money on the same terms as management and other investors. We will remain investors in a company until it is ultimately sold. The typical holding period for these investments is between two and three years.
