Praesepe appoint new Non Executive Director

Praesepe plc ("Praesepe" or "the Company"; AIM: PRA) is pleased to announce that at its Annual General Meeting, which was held on 29 June 2010, all resolutions were passed.

Praesepe also announces the appointment of James Simon Thomas as a Non Executive Director of the Company, with effect from 1 July 2010.  

James Simon Thomas, 44, has over 20 years of experience in the UK gaming sector, having previously held senior positions at Thomas Holdings Group and Beacon Entertainments. He has been Chairman of Hippodrome Casino Ltd since 2005 and a Director of World Bingo Tech Ltd since 2008. Simon was appointed Director of the European Amusement & Gaming Expo trade show operator in 2010 and has been a Trustee and Director of the National Association for Gambling Care, the main charity promoting and creating awareness of responsible gambling within the industry, since 2007.
