Marwyn is a principal investment and advisory group. We offer sophisticated investors access to a range of opportunities in diverse sectors and investment cycles through our public company portfolios.
We conduct extensive research to identify entrepreneurial and investment opportunities. We then provide our hand-picked management teams with the platform and resources to achieve the investment objective.
Whether our funds are pursuing acquisition-led growth strategies, or providing alternative financing to some of Europe’s most capital-strapped businesses, we draw on our experience as a hands-on investor to provide management with the highest level of operational and advisory support. Together we build exceptional value for all our stakeholders.
We take a significant stake in our quoted portfolio companies and support our management teams through the whole investment cycle. Since 2006 we have completed 72 transactions raising approximately £1.3bn in acquisition funding for Marwyn backed management teams and Special Purpose Acquisition Vehicles. To date we have generated an average return on equity of 84 per cent.
